You have access to your registered Pakistani mobile number: Contact Pak 365 support via live chat. After verifying your mobile number with an SMS code, our team can initiate an account recovery process for you.

You cannot access either: Email support@pak365.run with your full name, date of birth, and city — the details you used at registration. Our team will request identity verification via CNIC and then assist with account recovery. This process typically takes 24–48 hours.

To avoid getting locked out, Pak 365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and keeping your registered email address up to date. Both can be managed from your account settings after login. If your mobile number changes, update it immediately so SMS verification continues to work.
