1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pak 365 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of pak365.run you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Pak 365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using Pak 365 and may request account closure.
These Terms apply to all products and services available on Pak 365, including the online casino, card games, sports betting, esports betting, live dealer games, and all promotional offers.

2. Eligibility
To register and use a Pak 365 account you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak 365 strictly prohibits minors from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
- You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

3. Your Account
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Pak 365 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be voided.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pak 365 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Pak 365 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
3.3 Accurate Information
All information provided during registration and at any point thereafter must be accurate and current. If your details change — particularly your mobile number or payment method — update them through your account settings or contact support. Pak 365 is not liable for failed payments or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
3.4 Account Currency
All Pak 365 account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any point. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your PKR balance.
4. Deposits
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Pak 365 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposit methods operate exclusively in PKR.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit at Pak 365 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfer and card payments.
4.3 Deposit Fees
Pak 365 charges zero fees on all deposits. The full amount you send appears in your account balance. Your payment provider may apply their own standard network charges for the underlying transaction — these are external to Pak 365 and outside our control.
4.4 Deposit Timing
Mobile wallet deposits typically credit to your Pak 365 balance within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers typically confirm within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours. Card deposits typically credit within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear after five minutes, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number.
4.5 Deposit Source
Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Pak 365 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to request documentation confirming the source of funds.

5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals from Pak 365 are processed to the same payment methods available for deposits — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard. The payment method used must be registered in the account holder's own name.
5.2 Withdrawal Timelines
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: approximately 30 minutes
- NayaPay / SadaPay: approximately 45 minutes
- IBFT bank transfer: same day for requests submitted before 4 PM on banking days
- Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal at Pak 365 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card withdrawals.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification
First-time withdrawals to a new payment method may require identity verification. This is a one-time process and exists to protect your funds. Pak 365 may request a copy of your CNIC and a confirmation of payment account ownership. Withdrawals will be processed once verification is complete.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees
Pak 365 charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account. Network charges applied by your payment provider are separate and not set by Pak 365.
5.6 Pending Withdrawal Cancellation
Withdrawal requests that have not yet been processed can be cancelled from the cashier section of your account. Cancelled withdrawal amounts are returned to your Pak 365 balance immediately.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Pak 365 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. In addition to the offer-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses at Pak 365.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — for example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of Rs 20,000 before a withdrawal is possible. 6.3 Bonus Fund Usage
When both real money and bonus funds are present in your Pak 365 account, real money is used first unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
Pak 365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk bets designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements, using software to gain an unfair advantage on promotions, and withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements through fraudulent claims. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
6.5 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses at Pak 365 have an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering progress are forfeited at expiry. Pak 365 does not extend bonus periods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Note: Pak 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonuses already claimed will be honoured under the terms that were live at the time of claiming.
7. Games & Betting
7.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Each game or betting market at Pak 365 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or on the bet slip. General minimums are Rs 10 for casino games and Rs 100 for sports and esports betting markets. Maximum stakes vary by game and event.
7.2 Game Results
The result displayed by the Pak 365 platform at the conclusion of any game or event is final, subject only to technical error review. Virtual game results are generated by certified RNG software. Live dealer results are determined by the physical outcome observed in the studio. Sports and esports results follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
7.3 Voided Bets
A bet at Pak 365 may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; the bet was placed after the event result was already determined; or the bet is identified as part of a fraudulent activity investigation. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
7.4 Sports and Esports Betting Rules
Specific rules apply to individual sports and esports categories at Pak 365. In-play betting markets close during significant stoppages and may be temporarily suspended if live data is interrupted. Accumulator bets are settled as each leg resolves — a void on any leg does not void the entire accumulator but that leg is excluded from the calculation.
7.5 Technical Failures
If a game or live stream at Pak 365 is interrupted by a technical failure before the outcome is determined, the affected round or session will be reviewed. If the outcome cannot be determined from server logs, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Pak 365 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Pak 365 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
- Colluding with other players in poker or live dealer games
- Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets
- Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals after deposits have been used for gaming
- Money laundering or using Pak 365 to process funds from illegal sources
- Any form of fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
Pak 365 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when requested. Where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, accounts will be frozen pending investigation regardless of balance or verification status.

11. Account Closure
11.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your Pak 365 account at any time by contacting live chat or emailing support@pak365.run. Any verified balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time after identity verification is complete.
11.2 Closure by Pak 365
Pak 365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or where required by law. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violations, the account balance may be voided. In cases of account closure for administrative or commercial reasons where no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned.
11.3 Inactive Accounts
An account at Pak 365 that has had no login activity for a period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A notification will be sent to the registered mobile number or email. If no activity resumes within 30 days of notification, an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to the remaining balance. The full balance remains withdrawable at any time by logging in and making a withdrawal request.
12. Limitation of Liability
Pak 365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.
Pak 365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Internet connectivity issues on the player's side
- Delays by third-party payment providers
- Inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or withdrawal
- Losses resulting from standard game outcomes
- Force majeure events outside our reasonable control
In all cases, the maximum liability of Pak 365 to any individual player is limited to the verified account balance at the time of any dispute. Pak 365 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
13. Changes to These Terms
Pak 365 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or email to the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
If you continue to use Pak 365 after the effective date of any change, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect.
